More About Us

My name is Polly Ballard I have been riding and competing on horses for 20+ years. These days I mostly compete at barrel races. Rody Ballard is my husband, he has also been riding most of his life, and is a team roper. Together we have 3 dogs, our border collie Annie and our cocker spaniels Maggie & Bingo. We welcomed our daughter Ellie Beth in January of 2024.

The Ballard Place has been in his family for generations, and we are so honored to be able to share a little piece of this property, and our horses with people who are just as passionate to learn as we are.
